Terms of service.

By using sp5streetwear.com, placing an order, or signing up for an account, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site — it’s that simple.

These terms apply to everything Sp5 Streetwear does: the website, the products, the marketing communications, customer support, and any limited collections released under the brand (including SP513).

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parent/guardian permission, to place an order. By checking out, you confirm you’re old enough to enter into a contract under the laws of your country and state.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect an order was placed by a minor without permission, we reserve the right to cancel and refund.

If you create an account, you’re responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials private
• All activity that happens under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use

We’re not liable for activity under your account caused by a leaked or weak password. You can delete your account at any time by emailing legal@sp5streetwear.com. We retain your order history for tax purposes (see Privacy Policy) but remove your active profile.

All prices are in USD and shown before tax. We do our best to keep pricing accurate, but in the case of a typo or technical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund — even after the order is confirmed.

Products shown on the site are available subject to stock. Once a limited edition is sold out, it’s sold out. We do not take backorders, maintain a waitlist queue, or hold hidden inventory.

SP513 and all future Sp5 collections are released in finite, numbered runs. By purchasing a piece, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You receive a specific edition number, hand-numbered and traceable in our registry
• The piece is limited and will not be restocked or reissued
• Two simultaneous orders for the last available unit are resolved by timestamp — see Payment Policy, Section 05
• Your edition number is tied to your order and not transferable to a different size, color, or piece

The physical piece becomes your property upon delivery. The design, logo, edition number system, and all related intellectual property remain with Sp5 Streetwear (see Section 06).

Everything on sp5streetwear.com — designs, logos, photographs, text, code, the “SP513” name — is owned by Sp5 Streetwear or licensed to us. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce any of it for commercial use
• Modify our designs to make derivative products
• Use our logo or the “SP513” name in commerce without written permission
• Manufacture or resell counterfeits of our pieces
• Use our content in AI training datasets without express written consent

Personal, non-commercial use of pieces you’ve purchased — wearing them, posting them on social media, gifting them — is, obviously, fine.

If you tag us on social media, send us photos, submit reviews, or otherwise share content connected to Sp5 Streetwear:

• You confirm the content is yours and doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s rights
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to repost it on our channels with credit
• We can decline to use anything that doesn’t fit our brand standards

You can ask us to take down a repost at any time by emailing legal@sp5streetwear.com. We honor takedown requests within 5 business days.

You may not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the site
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to purchase limited pieces
• Bulk-purchase with intent to resell on secondary markets
• Impersonate Sp5 Streetwear or affiliated parties
• Submit false information at checkout

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep it accurate and online, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free pages, or that the site will meet every expectation.

Product descriptions, photos, and color representations are as accurate as we can make them. Slight variations are normal — especially with heavyweight cotton, garment-dyed pieces, and hand-finished details. What you receive may differ slightly from what you see on screen.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sp5 Streetwear is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

This section does not limit liability for things that legally cannot be limited — including gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any consumer protections you have under your state or country’s law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes go to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County before proceeding to court, unless your local law gives you a stronger right to court access.

If you’re in the European Union or United Kingdom, your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by this section.

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will trigger:

• An email notification to anyone with an active account or on our mailing list
• A banner on the site for at least 30 days
• An updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page

Continued use of the site after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
