Shipping policy.

When we ship, how long it takes, and what happens when something goes sideways.

Section 01

Where we ship

We currently ship to:

  • The United States — all 50 states, DC, and Puerto Rico
  • Canada
  • The United Kingdom
  • The European Union — most member countries
  • Australia and New Zealand
  • Japan and South Korea
  • United Arab Emirates

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email shipping@sp5streetwear.com and we’ll see if we can route a parcel manually. We add new countries when the volume justifies the carrier work.

Section 02

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from a single warehouse in Los Angeles, California. We don’t ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

For limited drops, processing can take up to 3 business days. Every piece is hand-numbered, packaged in custom packaging, and the edition record is updated by hand. We don’t speed that up.

Big drops

The first 24 hours after a major release see the highest volume. If you ordered during a drop window, expect the slower end of the processing range — every piece still gets the same hand-finishing treatment.

Shipping methods & rates — US

Three shipping options at checkout, all with full tracking:

  • Standard · 5–7 business days · Free over $150, otherwise $8
  • Express · 2–3 business days · $15 flat
  • Overnight · Next business day · $35 flat, must order by 12:00 PM Pacific Time

All US orders ship via USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or FedEx depending on destination. You’ll see the carrier in your shipping confirmation email.

Section 04

Shipping methods & rates — International

International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method:

  • Standard International · 7–14 business days · DHL Express or carrier equivalent
  • Express International · 3–5 business days · DHL Express priority or FedEx International Priority

All international orders ship with full tracking, signature on delivery, and carrier insurance up to the order value.

Section 05

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays), and they start the day after we ship — not the day you order.

Example: order placed Monday, processed Tuesday, shipped Wednesday. Standard shipping arrives Tuesday through Thursday of the following week.

We can’t guarantee specific delivery dates. Carriers have weather delays, holiday backlogs, peak-season slowdowns, and customs holds we don’t control. Estimates are based on the carrier’s typical performance, not their promise.

Section 06

Tracking

Tracking is included on every order and is emailed automatically the moment the carrier picks up your package.

If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of ordering:

  • Check your spam folder — shipping notifications sometimes land there
  • Confirm the email address on your order is correct
  • Email us with your order number and we’ll resend it
Section 07

Address changes

Address changes can be made up until we print the shipping label — usually within 1 business day of ordering. Email shipping@sp5streetwear.com immediately with your order number and the new address.

Once the label is printed, we can’t intercept the package on our side. You can sometimes redirect via your carrier’s website — FedEx Delivery Manager, UPS My Choice, USPS Informed Delivery — for a small carrier fee.

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the address was correct as entered.

Section 08

Missed or failed delivery

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  • Check with neighbors, the leasing office, and anyone else in the household
  • Look around the front of the property — some carriers stash packages
  • Wait 24 hours — “delivered” is sometimes scanned a day early by mistake
  • Contact the carrier first with your tracking number
  • If still unresolved after that, email us within 7 days and we’ll open a carrier investigation
Section 09

Lost or stolen packages

For US orders, we offer Route shipping protection as an optional add-on at checkout for about $1–3 depending on order value. If you opt in and the package is lost, damaged, or stolen, Route covers full replacement.

If you declined Route protection and the package is lost or stolen after the carrier marked it delivered, we can’t replace it on our own — but we’ll help you open a claim with the carrier and provide whatever documentation you need.

We strongly recommend Route protection for orders shipping to apartment buildings, shared mailrooms, or addresses where porch theft is common.

Section 10

International duties & customs

The price you pay at checkout does not include import duties, VAT, or your country’s local taxes. These are charged by the courier at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.

Estimated duties for your country are usually 15–25% of the order value, but vary by category and trade agreement. Check your local customs office for accuracy.

Important

Refusing a package to avoid paying duties does not entitle you to a refund of original shipping. If the package returns to us, we’ll refund the order minus shipping and any return-handling fees charged by the carrier.
